‘Coffee,’ Pacino talk on Tribeca fest menu

Actor will also talk to high school students

Al Pacino is slated to take part in two events at the Tribeca Film Festival.

“An Evening of Chinese Coffee and Conversation With Al Pacino” will feature unspooling of 2000 pic “Chinese Coffee,” which he directed and stars in with Jerry Orbach.

Following the screening, Pacino will host a conversation on the film as well as on his career and artistic pursuits.

He will also make appearance in fest’s family festival, where he will cozy up with local high school thesps for screening and discussion of his pic “Looking for Richard. ”

Speaking on fest’s contribution to Gotham, Pacino said, “The Tribeca Film Festival has re-energized the downtown area. It has made it alive with activity and the promise of a new creative haven. Traditionally downtown New York has been the spawning ground for new ideas and revolutionary vision.”
