Majority of Danes do not agree with decision to sell

With sister channel, TV2 Zulu, the station — set to go private as part of the government’s four-year media agreement — aired 10,000 hours of programming during the year, to control 36.9% of the market.

A majority of Danes do not agree with the decision to sell TV2/Danmark. According to a recent PLS Ramboll opinion poll, the privatization is supported by 29% of citizens, with 43% against.
