AMSTERDAM — Scandinavia’s Modern Times Group has launched Tango TV, its first niche channel in the Baltics and its second web in Lithuania.Broadcast 16 hours per day to 1 million people in the capital city of Vilnius and surrounding areas, the channel targets viewers 15-35 with entertainment-based programming, including sports coverage, the latest musical chart-toppers, film updates and interviews with stars. Modern Times owns TV3 outlets in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and the Nordic territories, as well as a pack of pay TV outlets.
