MTV Networks Latin America is beefing up its presence in Mexico with new offices, a new studio and more staff to support more local productions.

MTV Networks Latin America is responsible for the music channel in Spanish-speaking markets only and for the Nickelodeon channel throughout the region.

Several staffers based in Miami will be relocated to Mexico City.

About 77% of all MTV Latin America’s output is produced in Mexico. The channel has a feed from Mexico, Chile and Argentina.
