Denmark’s TV2 Sales — the international sales outfit of pubcaster TV2/Danmark — has taken over foreign representation of Norwegian pubcaster NRK.
TV2 Sales, Scandinavia’s leading distributor of documentaries, will option new NRK programs, as well as its back catalog, for presentation at international markets.
“At next month’s Mip TV in Cannes, we expect to include some 30 new and a few old NRK titles in our slate,” TV2 Sales executive Lone Borsing said.
TV2 Sales also will launch its own “The Sixth Sense,” developed with Mastiff Media. In the program, two teams guess the identities of invited guests, helped only by the contents of their shopping bags, their star signs, biorhythms or readings from their hands.
