Musical, 'Rings' score multiple nods

The MTV Movie Awards, which air Thursday June 6 at 9 p.m., gave out their annual awards Saturday at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Jack Black and Sarah Michelle Gellar hosted the event, which boasted presenters and performers including Jennifer Connelly, Freddie Prinze Jr., Eminem, Mike Myers and The White Stripes.

The most anticipated moment of the night came when current MTV skein star Kelly Osbourne performed a cover of Madonna’s “Papa Don’t Preach” with rockers Pure Rubbish.
