Fox Kids head honcho joins Saban

Kreiz looks for new opportunities

LONDON — Ynon Kreiz, the outgoing chief executive and chairman of Fox Kids Europe, has confirmed he is joining forces with his former boss Haim Saban to look for entrepreneurial opportunities in international media.

Saban was among the initial group of bidders for Kirch Media’s assets. The billionaire producer reportedly offered $800 million for ProSiebenSat 1 and $300 million for the library.

Bankrupt Kirch Media could reopen negotiations with potential buyers Viacom and Saban if haggling with publishing giant Heinrich Bauer continues to hold up the sale.
