Hope to star in Lifetime pic

Thesp falls for female boss in 'This Much I Know'

Former “24” star Leslie Hope will star in a Lifetime original movie from scribe-helmer Lee Rose, marking the first role Hope will tackle since her character was killed off of “24.”

In “This Much I Know,” Hope will play a woman whose family and marriage begin to unravel after she falls in love with her new boss — a woman.

In addition to writing and directing the pic, Rose — whose credits include Showtime’s “A Girl Thing” and Lifetime’s “The Truth About Jane” — will exec produce, along with Gary Randall (“Any Day Now”).

Production is scheduled to start in August for an October premiere on Lifetime. Hope is repped by Innovative Artists and managed by Perry Zimel.
