Local management restructuring now complete
LONDON — Brit music major EMI has named Erwin Goegebeur prexy of EMI Recorded Music Belgium.
Goegebeur will oversee both the Capitol and Virgin labels in the territory, in line with the local management restructuring EMI topper Alain Levy has imposed on the company elswhere.
With this appointment, the process of putting a single exec in charge of both of EMI’s labels in all markets worldwide is now complete.
Goegebeur was previously MD of Capitol in Belgium.
