U.K.’s ECM pacts with 12 Yard

New formats include 'Win,' 'Double Cross,' 'Dirty Money'

LONDON — U.K.-based producer and distributor of ad-funded television ECM has inked an exclusive deal with 12 Yard Productions, Hat Trick’s format division, run by former BBC head of light entertainment David Young.

ECM has taken distribution rights to a number of new 12 Yard formats for Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

New formats include “In it To Win,” which aired on BBC1; “Double Cross,” which will premiere on Channel 5 in December; and “Dirty Money,” which airs on Sky One. 12 Yard is producing series for Channel 4 and Discovery Europe.
