Slamdunk committed to ‘Asylum’

Elliott pic skedded for premiere

The world premiere screening of Thomas Elliott’s “Asylum Days” will be part of the Slamdunk Screening Series at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

A psychological thriller directed by Elliott and written by him and Llywelyn Jones, “Asylum” is the story of an actress whose nightmarish childhood holds dark secrets.

Pic stars Deborah Zoe (“Road Trip”), Jason Widener (MTV’s “Undressed”) and C. Thomas Howell.

RGH/Lionshare Pictures handles foreign distribution of “Asylum Days.”
