Paramount wants ‘Good Girl’

Rights include Italian, Japanese territories

Paramount Pictures has picked up all rights to Myriad Pictures’ dark comedy “The Good Girl” for Italian and Japanese territories.

Fox Searchlight had previously picked up the pic for North America, Latin America, Australasia, the U.K. and South Africa. Filmax has the pic for Spain and Egmont for Scandinavia.

Here at Cannes, the Myriad sales team, led by exec VP Eric Christenson, is offering the remaining territories. The film, starring Jennifer Aniston, was directed by Miguel Arteta and produced by Matthew Greenfield.
