‘Knights’ lensing begins in Prague

Chan, Wilson reprise roles

PRAGUE — “Shanghai Knights,” Jackie Chan’s follow-up to “Shanghai Noon,” began shooting in Prague on Monday. Chan and co-star Owen Wilson reprise their roles from the earlier film.

The chopsocky will spend 14 weeks in the Czech Republic’s Barrandov studios and on location around Prague, as well as time in London.

David Dobkins directs, and Roger Birnbaum, Gary Barber and Jonathan Glickman are producing the Spyglass Entertainment pic. Stephanie Austin and Ed McDonnell are executive producers. Stillking Films is handling local production services.
