HOLLYWOOD — New Line Cinema has promoted four physical production execs.
Leon Dudevoir is senior VP, physical production; Lauren Ritchie, senior VP, visual effects; Jon Davidson, senior VP, production finance; and Gotham-based Erica Beier, VP, production services.
Dudevoir joined New Line in 1994 as a production executive and has overseen the production of such films as “Dumb & Dumber,” “Boogie Nights,” “Blade,” “Magnolia” and “Blow.” He recently completed “Blade II” and is currently overseeing the remake of “Willard.” He reports directly to Erik Holmberg, co-president of physical production.
Ritchie joined New Line in 1998 as VP, visual effects, after producing F/X for “Lost In Space.” She oversees budget and manages visual effects production for all New Line films. She reports to co-presidents Holmberg and Paul Prokop.
Davidson joined New Line’s production finance staff as a VP in January 2000. He continues to work with Prokop, to whom he reports, in all areas of production and post production accounting. Davidson began his career in the payroll department of Paramount Pictures, prior to becoming in-house budget estimator and post production accountant for Imagine Films.
Beier joined New Line in 1995 and was named director production services in 1998. She will continue to service aspects of film financing through New Line’s production credit facility, as well as other structured financing deals.
She also supervises immigration issues, handles aspects of risk management, union, and foreign location issues for all of New Line’s inhouse productions. She also manages the studio’s corporate books. She reports to Prokop and Andrew Matthews, executive VP, finance and international affairs.
