Indian festival overhauls

The government-sponsored 33rd Intl. Film Festival of India will have a new look when it unspools Oct. 1.

For the first time, the 10-day fest in New Delhi will include a large marketing section for tapping business opportunities in India, plus international film screenings. It will double as a market for showcasing post-production facilities, animation and film production technology, studios and shooting locales.
