A vidgame title created for the U.S. Army has already attracted more than 1 million registered users, with more than three-fifths of them finishing the game’s “basic training” segment. “America’s Army: Operations” is part of a series of games the Army is using as recruiting tools to give potential soldiers some notion of what being in the military is really like. Already, some 1,007,000 players have registered to play the game and have played 32 million missions, according to Army stats.
