Winchester reloads loss numbers

Business Brief

LONDON — Winchester Entertainment has revised its operating loss for the year ended March 31 to £10.6 million ($16.7 million), compared with the previously announced $13.7 million.

Its gross sales also have changed: $9.7 million vs. the $12.7 million previously announced.

The revision was triggered by an auditor’s ruling that Winchester should alter the way it accounted its fees from German tax funds.
