HOLLYWOOD — Nickelodeon announced details of its first public affairs collaboration with the Say Yes for Children campaign, which focuses on children’s rights. Effort is headed by Unicef.
As the campaign’s leading media partner, Nickelodeon will contribute four original on-air spots featuring characters from its series “Rugrats,” “Wild Thornberrys” and “Hey! Arnold.”
Nick channels also have created eight Say Yes for Children Web sites and an international promotion through which kids can win a trip to New York City for a “Nicksclusive” meeting with Secretary General Kofi Annan at the United Nations’ Special Session on Children Sept. 19-21.
