Baraldi takes top VP, replaces Dominguez
MIAMI — Pan-American Sports Network (PSN) is expected to announce today the appointment of Luis Baraldi as in the new position of VP of production, programming and operations at the Latin American feevee.
Baraldi will essentialy replace Sebastian Dominguez, the former executive VP of broadcasting, who ankled last week.
Dominguez is one of several execs who have left as part of a management overhaul and restructuring at the sports net, backed by Hicks Muse Tate & Furst. Baraldi will report to chief operating officer James Ganley, who joined PSN a few months ago.
As part of the restructuring, PSN’s New York offices are shuttering, and staff and operations of the channel and its sister Website, PSN.com, are being consolidated in Hollywood, Fla..
Hicks Muse exec Cesar Baez, who is interim president and CEO of PSN, will remain in New York.
