No negatives for pic, sez producer Sorvino

“Lisa Picard Is Famous” producer Mira Sorvino was campaigning at the pic’s Gotham preem Wednesday night, getting the good word out at the dark, crowded loft-like Lotus bar on West 14th Street.

“In the five years that we have been developing this script we didn’t get one negative reaction,” she said.

Sorvino produced the Griffin Dunne-directed film with Dolly Hall and GreenStreet toppers Fisher Stevens and John Penotti, also in attendance.

Also on hand were co-writers/stars Laura Kirk and Nat de Wolf, Rob Morrow, Liev Schrieber, Keith Richards, Dominick Dunne, Buck Henry, Hilary Swank, Chad Lowe, Bret Easton Ellis, Jay McInerney and Don Delillo.
