Fiction volume declines

A study from the European Audiovisual Observatory indicates that the hourly volume of fiction output in the five key territories in Europe declined by 4% from 1999 to 2000. From 1996-2000, TV movies declined in number while series increased, from 224 titles in 1996 to 293 titles in 2000.
