WB catches Hudson pitch

Herek, Jaffe to produce untitled project

Stephen Herek and Toby Jaffe’s Hudson Bay shingle has set up a pitch from TV scribe Larry Meyers at Warner Bros.

Untitled pitch is intended for Herek and Jaffe to produce. Exec Lionel Wigram will oversee the project for Warner Bros.

The action-adventure focuses on an early member of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), precursor to the CIA.

Meyers was a writer on the David E. Kelley-produced “Picket Fences.”

Hudson Bay also is developing “In the Wind” for Warner Bros. from a pitch by Oliver Butcher. Producer Jaffe and helmer Herek are completing post-production on “Life, or Something Like It,” starring Angelina Jolie and Edward Burns, for Fox. Herek last helmed, and Jaffe produced, “Rock Star” for Warner Bros.
