Watchdogs the Conseil d’Etat, threw out a request Tuesday by an extreme right-wing pressure group to pull Bertrand Bonello’s racy pic “The Pornographer,” starring Lean-Pierre Leaud.

Same group tried a similar tactic when Virginie Despentes’ “Rape Me” hit Paris cinemas two years ago.

The group was ordered to pay 5,000 francs ($686) in damages to France’s Culture Ministry and the film’s producer Haut et Court Prods.
