Walker signs with ICM

Thesp next in Crichton adaptation

NEW YORK — Paul Walker, who this year has starred in “The Fast and the Furious” and “Joyride,” has signed with ICM.

Walker joins the star stable of veteran agent Ed Limato, and the actor will continue to be managed by Matt Luber and Aaron Ray of 9 Yards Entertainment. He had been agented by Endeavor.

Walker is next booked to star in the Richard Donner-directed adaptation of the Michael Crichton novel “Timeline” for Paramount.

Thesp starred in “Varsity Blues,” “The Skulls,” “She’s All That,” “Brokedown Palace” and “Pleasantville,” but particularly benefitted from being paired with Vin Diesel in “Furious,” the Rob Cohen-directed Universal street-racing drama. That film, which has earned more than $144 million domestically, has put Walker in the seven-figures-per-film range.
