NonStop Entertainment picks up 'Walls, 'Tape'
COPENHAGEN — Sweden’s NonStop Entertainment has picked up a package of five films from U.S. film collective InDigEnt for Scandinavian distribution.
The deal with Zentropa Entertainment’s international sales house, Trust Film Sales, includes Ethan Hawke’s directorial debut, “Chelsea Walls”, which screened in the Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes, and Richard Linklater’s “Tape,” starring Uma Thurman, Hawke and Robert Sean Leonard.
The other InDigEnt titles are Bruce Wagner’s “Women in Film”, Campbell Scott’s “Final” and and Rodrigo Garcia’s “10 Tiny Love Stories.”
NonStop’s previous acquisitions include Ed Harris’s “Pollock”, Julian Schnabel’s “Before Night Falls”, “Tempted,” and “Requiem for a Dream.”
Trust Film head Annakarin Strom has staged a major campaign for the InDigEnt catalog in Venice.
