Kudos show to air March 2 in Gotham, L.A.
HOLLYWOOD — The Writers Guild of America has tapped Tim O’Donnell as exec producer of its WGA awards ceremony on March 2.
O’Donnell, whose credits include “Clueless,” “Dave’s World” and “Growing Pains,” is a WGA West board member. He will be working with writers of “Dennis Miller Live,” which has won three WGA awards and five Emmys.
“Tim is the perfect choice to produce the show this year,” said Vicki Riskin, WGAW prexy. “He has the vision and talent to make a room full of writers laugh, and he can bring together the top talent from among our membership.”
The awards will take place simultaneously at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and at the Pierre Hotel in Gotham.
