Sarah Self and Brian Paschal have been hired as creative execs at Universal-based Mostow/Lieberman Prods., headed by Jonathan Mostow and Hal Lieberman.
The pair start work next month, reporting to president of production Rich Silverman.
Self was the book department coordinator at CAA. She was also part of the CAA project group and field team, which works with clients to generate original content ideas from various media sources.
Paschal worked at DreamWorks as an assistant to Marc Haimes, and was involved with such films as “Evolution,” directed by Ivan Reitman, and “Time Machine,” starring Guy Pearce, which is currently in production.
Most recently, Mostow wrote and directed “U-571,” with Lieberman exec producing. Company is developing a number of projects at U, including “Shadow Government” with Beacon Entertainment, and “The Wing,” which David Self is penning.
