Frigerio-penned comedy is Marine Street's first project
Former AFI Festival director and Slamdance Film Festival co-founder Jon Fitzgerald has set up the laffer “Criminal Procedure” at Tom Pollock and Ivan Reitman’s Montecito Picture Co.
Penned by tyro scribe David Frigerio, “Criminal Procedure” is an urban comedy surrounding the activities of a hip criminal. Project is the first for Fitzgerald’s newly launched production company, Marine Street Films.
Fitzgerald brought the spec to Pollock, who will executive produce the film with Reitman.
Frigerio is managed by Stronghold Entertainment.
Fitzgerald, who was most recently VP of programming at IFilm, also served as an executive director of Slamdance.
