Arthur Hiller was feted with the Tisch Lifetime Achievement Award Tuesday at the inaugural Jewish Image Awards, held at the BevHilton.
Kudos honor outstanding work reflecting Jewish values, heritage and tradition through film and TV.
Other honorees included Richard Schiff (“The West Wing”), Steven Weber (“Club Land”), Rachel Weisz (“Enemy at the Gates”) and Hannah Taylor Gordon (“Anne Frank”).
In addition, the MorningStar Commission, an industry group founded by Hadassah and chaired by Joan Hyler, honored entertainment attorney Patti Felker of Nelson Felker Levine & Dern with its “Woman of Inspiration” Award.
Hosted by Jeffrey Tambor, ceremony was presented by the Los Angeles Entertainment Industry Council of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture.
Howard Bragman and Alan Kannof, both members of the board of directors of the National Foundation for Jewish Culture, co-chaired the event, which was produced by Scott Mauro.
Awards were also presented to productions in film and television that reflect Jewish values and experience.
