Interactive division Paramount Digital Entertainment has upped Seth Skolnik to senior veep, business development.
Skolnik will focus on exploring digital and Internet partnerships for Par’s stable of brands. Based in Hollywood, Skolnik will report to Leonard Washington, prexy of PDE.
“For over seven years in various capacities, Seth has played an integral role in the strategy, development and management of Paramount’s digital activities,” Washington said.
Most recently, Skolnik was PDE’s veep of development and e-commerce, acting as a liaison to IBM’s e-business unit in a co-venture that produced the IBM-built “Star Trek” online store. He also served as the group’s supervising producer.
Before Par, Skolnik was a senior consultant with Andersen Consulting.
