Mainframe Entertainment, a producer of computer-generated animation for TV, said it has expanded into consumer products through a strategic alliance with the newly formed Joy Tashjian Marketing Group.
Tashjian will create new campaigns for “ReBoot” and other Mainframe properties in development, including “Whiteblack the Penguin,” “Dots Bots,” “Scary Godmother,” “GateCrasher” and “Battle Snakes.”
Mainframe will produce eight new half-hours of “ReBoot,” which has been picked up by the Cartoon Network for this fall. Company also is in production on 26 half-hour episodes of “Action Man,” which airs on Fox Kids, and on the new “Heavy Gear” TV series based on the videogame.
Company is working on a large-format feature film based on “Gulliver’s Travels” for release in Imax 3-D theaters.
