The Artists Rights Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by the Directors Guild of America, will bow AdmitOne.org Film School on Wednesday. Funded by helmer and ARF veep George Lucas and Global Crossing, site introduces teens to the collaborative art of moviemaking as well as artists’ rights. Site offers interactive info such as a step-by-step guide to making a film, such as the storyboards and clips from director Jay Roach’s opening sequence of “The Spy Who Shagged Me.” Youth can also download a free guide “Making Movies: A Guide for Young Filmmakers,” which is also being distribbed by the American Library Assn. Site is part of ARF’s nationwide project Creativity on Film.
