Netcaster has inked a deal with Gotham film distribution and production shingle Arrow Entertainment, granting the latter offline rights to some programming that Heavy has produced or acquired. Arrow and Heavy also are creating FuseTV to finance, produce and acquire programs for online distribution. FuseTV’s series of Web channels will be a platform for Arrow’s library of more than 80 feature films. Arrow also will acquire offline rights to Heavy’s library. Arrow has picked up exclusive homevideo/DVD distribution rights to Heavy’s slate and will market Heavy titles in all media outside North America.
