GoldPocket interacts with ‘Ben Stein’s Money’

GoldPocket Interactive has inked a deal with Comedy Central to create an interactive edition of the cabler’s “Win Ben Stein’s Money” for television viewers. The interactive edition of the gameshow will begin Oct. 8, allowing viewers to play along with contestants on the show by logging onto Viewers must have both a TV and a computer in the same room in order to play along. Interactive television provider GoldPocket Interactive will produce and host the interactive component for every episode. The scores and user names of the top online registered contestants will appear on the televised show via a live leader board and winner board. GoldPocket has also created interactive TV programming for TBS Supersation and NBC. AOL Time Warner and WaterView Partners are investors in the company.
