HOLLYWOOD — Bender/Helper Impact has unveiled plans to revamp its operations, expanding home entertainment and launching digital entertainment, consumer products and interactive entertainment arms.
BHI’s restructuring, announced Wednesday by co-founding partner Dean Bender, coincides with the praisery’s 15th anniversary.
As part of the expansion, a number of key employees in the home entertainment division have been upped to expanded posts.
Shawna Lynch will remain supervisor of the home entertainment division, which represents homevideo and family entertainment clients such as 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, MGM Home Entertainment and Pioneer Entertainment. Promotions in this group include Deborah Bancroft to director from her manager post; Brenda Ciccone to manager from account supervisor; and Pamela Grant and Nan Rohr to account supervisors.
In the firm’s Gotham office, Jeff Klein has been promoted to general manager; he will oversee operations and the firm’s clients, which include Marvel Enterprises, Scholastic Entertainment, USA Home Entertainment, QVC’s Q Video and IFC Films. Also in Gotham, Adam Fenton has been upped to manager.
