HOLLYWOOD — Stagebill, the custom publisher serving 120 performance arts venues in 22 cities, is consolidating recent acquisitions Performing Arts Magazine and Avenue Magazine under one corporate banner.
The combined magazines, which include Stagebill and Stagebill Family, will now operate under the name Stagebill Media.
Stagebill publisher Wayne Roche has been named exec veep and publishing director of Stagebill Media. Avenue editor in chief Jill Brooke has been appointed editorial director of Stagebill Media.
The October issue of Avenue, the first under Stagebill’s ownership, will pay tribute to New York’s commitment to rebound from Sept. 11.
“The media community of New York has to play a central role in the physical and emotional rebuilding of our city,” Stagebill CEO Gerry Byrne said. “Avenue was born here. Its success is New York. Its future will be as well.”
