NEW YORK — Los Angles Lakers star Shaquille O’Neal has ended a 10-year relationship with agent Leonard Armato. His future dealmaking will be handled by his uncle, Mike Harris.
Armato, who runs Management Plus Enterprises, enjoyed a fruitful run with O’Neal. He supervised about $250 million in on-court compensation contracts and $300 million in endorsement deals for Nestle, Ford, Pepsi, Taco Bell and Starter.
Split is said to be an amicable one, and Armato will continue to receive commissions on the deals he made.
