Digney co-tops Solters PR firm

Praisery renamed Solters & Digney Public Relations

Hollywood publicist Lee Solters has joined forces with his firm’s senior executive, Jerry Digney, and the praisery has been redubbed Solters & Digney Public Relations.

Digney, now co-owner of the firm, will take charge of day-to-day operations; Solters will remain on full-time, acquiring new accounts and overseeing a host of client matters day-to-day.

Digney first worked for Solters 27 years ago in its flagship Gotham office, and later transferred to the Beverly Hills location.

After an interim stint with Feld Entertainment — producer-owner of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and Disney on Ice — Digney rejoined the agency two years ago.

“Lee has been a mentor to me; he’s someone I’ve known, admired and worked for, on and off, all of my adult working life,” Digney said. “I’m looking forward to taking the firm into the next century.”
