Pubcaster channels RTR and RTR 2 Kultura are launching a rebranding and redesign initiative that employs the services of Novocom.

Skedded to launch Oct. 20, the new package will be anchored by a Novocom-designed umbrella brand identity supporting the conceptual approach “Strength of a Nation,” built around three key words intended to reflect the country: “Conscience,” “Heart” and “Mind.”

The result should be a welcome makeover for the state channels, which have lost out much to commercial rivals NTV and Channel 1 ORT (Russian Public Television).
