UPN Entertainment prexy Tom Nunan has been elected head of the Hollywood Radio & TV Society.
He will take office Thursday, just in time to chair the annual HRTS luncheon featuring the Big Six entertainment division toppers.
Nunan has held a number of senior executive posts at NBC, ABC, Fox Broadcasting Co. and various indie production houses.

Also elected to the HRTS board was Endeavor partner and television agent Rick Rosen, who will serve as veep.
Helene Michaels, Columbia TriStar TV prexy of network productions, was reupped as secretary and CAA’s Michael Rosenfeld was re-elected treasurer.
“My goal is to ensure that the HRTS stays ahead of the ever-changing media trends and up to its title of being a newsmaker organization,” Nunan said.
Elected to three-year terms on the board of directors were Brian Graden, MTV programming prexy; Craig Hunegs, executive veep, Warner Bros. TV; Steven A. McPherson, executive veep, Touchstone TV; Bob Sanitsky, executive veep and head of worldwide TV, ICM; Eric Tannenbaum, prexy-CEO, Artist Television Group; Nina Tassler, senior veep of drama development, CBS; Dana Walden, prexy, 20th Century Fox TV; and Andrea Wong, veep of alternative series and specials, ABC.
