CBS will give midseason laffer “Grapevine” a six-week Monday night run starting next month.
The Eye plans to sneak the single-camera skein from Paramount Network Television on Monday, Feb. 28, at 9:30 p.m., following firstrun segs of “Becker” at 8:30 p.m. and “Everybody Loves Raymond” at 9 p.m. “Grapevine” will settle into its regular 8:30 p.m. Monday slot a week later.
“Ladies Man,” currently airing at 8:30 p.m. Mondays, will go on hiatus for six weeks. It’s skedded to return April 10.
“Grapevine,” which stars Kristy Swanson, George Eads and David Sutcliffe, examines the private lives of four young adults living in Miami. Another incarnation of the show had a brief run on CBS’s Monday lineup during the summer of 1992.
