Alphabet stays ‘Incorrect’ for two more years

Show reupped through 6th season

ABC has reupped yakker “Politically Incorrect With Bill Maher” for two more years, carrying the show through its sixth season on the Alphabet net.

“I am happy to reup with ABC,” said Maher. “Our whole staff is gratified by the confidence the network has shown by a two-year commitment. It will only make me work harder, which for us means keeping it funny and keeping it real.”

“Politically Incorrect,” created by Maher, preemed on ABC in January 1997 after a few seasons on Comedy Central. Show is executive produced by Maher, Bernie Brillstein, Nancy Geller, Brad Grey, Marc Gurvitz, Kevin Hamburger and Marilyn Wilson.
