Hollywood is about to have a population explosion, if the guests at recent premieres are any indication.

Times have changed from the early 20th century, when pregnant women in rural areas were encouraged to stay out of view until they gave birth. The daring ones would go out in public in bland “maternity wear,” which discreetly hid their status.

But this is the 21st century, and Hollywood’s parturient posse are posing in gowns, T-shirts and even tube tops.

It gives a whole new meaning to the term “family films.”
