MGM was all hugs and kisses at Monday night’s preem of “Return to Me” in Century City.
Romantic comedy, which toplines Minnie Driver and David Duchovny, definitely put everyone in a romantic mood — kind of.
“I want to kiss everyone here,” said director and co-writer Bonnie Hunt. “Well, almost everyone. Not the people that came late — they get nothing.”
Tardy or not, the guests of honor had their own smooch sources. Duchovny was holding on to wife (and new mommy) Tea Leoni, while Driver mugged with beau Josh Brolin.
Also in a touchy-feely mood (though not with each other) were pic’s David Alan Grier, Robert Loggia and Carroll O’Connor; MGM’s Alex Yemenidjian, Chris McGurk, Michael Nathanson and Larry Gleason; and thesps Ray Liotta and Mimi Rogers.
Affair then moved to the Century Club, where co-star Jim Belushi belted out a tune or two, while pic’s co-scribe, Don Lake, and “The Sixth Sense’s” Olivia Williams mingled.
