Fox Family Channel has tapped Ovie Cowles as VP of affiliate ad sales. In his new role, Cowles will be responsible for managing Fox Family’s day-to-day interaction with cable affiliate ad sales operations and with creating the strategies, tactics, promotions and programs that position the company as a strategic business partner with cable operators in the local ad sales arena. Cowles joins Fox Family from Falcon Cable Television, where he served as VP of advertising sales and promotion.
