Linda Ellen Watson

Television producer Linda Ellen Watson died March 20 of a heart attack at UCLA Medical Center. She was 43.

Watson, who began her producing career on the Minneapolis-based afternoon variety show “Good Company,” went on to serve as associate producer of “The Home Show.” It was during a segment on that show that Watson, who was adopted in Germany at the age of 1, was reunited with her birth relatives.

For the last six years, Watson served as producer of “The Carol Duvall Show.”

She is survived by her mother.
