Discovery Kids has tapped Laura Sullivan, VP, marketing; Bilai Joa Silar, director of programming and operations and Travis Pomposello, director of on-air promotion.
In her new post, Sullivan will be responsible for creating and implementing a broad based marketing strategy. Silar will now be in charge of the programming, scheduling and the operation areas. Pomposello will now handle the on-air look of Discovery Kids as well as the look of the brand off-air.
Previously, Sullivan served as senior director, marketing at Sony Music. Silar served as a production supervisor at Discovery Latin America/ Iberia based in Miami and Pomposello most recently worked at CBS as a writer in the advertising and promotions department.
