Julian Scott has been upped from VP to group VP of creative development at Children’s Television Workshop. Newly created position will give Scott increased oversight and management responsibility on all of the cabler’s creative development initiatives, which include projects related to “Sesame Street” and other domestic and international productions. He’ll also continue to work on developing children’s TV and film properties with broader generational appeal.
