David A. Dreilinger has been tapped prexy-CEO of Unapix, and Rob Miller has been named prexy of the Unapix television arm.
Dreilinger — who was promoted to the co-president post last December — has rapidly risen through the executive ranks since joining the company in 1998. In his new role, he will manage Unapix’s divisions and business lines.
Miller will be responsible for all TV operations, including syndication, domestic and international distribution, and production.
“Both David and Rob have done outstanding work at Unapix. David’s high caliber of leadership has greatly influenced our increasing annual revenues, and Rob has been a dynamic force in elevating quality and commercial opportunities for all of our TV-related programming,” said company chairman Herbert M. Pearlman.
Prior to his stint at Unapix, Dreilinger served as a senior veep at BBC Worldwide Americas. Miller — who joined the company in 1996 — recently held the prexy title at Unapix Program Enterprises.
