TV3 has inked a long-term TV program supply deal with 20th Century Fox International TV.
The Hollywood major already supplies a good number of it shows to TV3 including “Buffy: The Vampire Slayer,” “Angel” and “Malcolm in the Middle.” The deal was put together during the recent L.A. Screenings market.
“We are particularly pleased to have established this deal with TV3 New Zealand,” Fox’s senior VP in Australia Tom Warne said. “To supplement shows like ‘Buffy’ with all future program production from the Fox stable is particularly pleasing to us.”
No details on price or length of the output deal were available.
TV3 is New Zealand’s leading free-to-air TV network, owned and operated by Canada’s CanWest Global.
